How does ordering work?
Choose at least 5 containers in total. You can mix any dishes and your own custom plates. Classic dishes are $20 and Premium dishes are $22 per container. Sales tax and delivery are added at checkout.
How far ahead do I need to order?
Meal prep orders must be placed at least 2 days before your delivery day. Everything is prepared fresh for your order.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
We deliver to the areas and ZIP codes listed above. Enter your address at checkout and you will see the delivery cost before you pay. If your ZIP is not listed, email us and we will see what we can do.
What are the delivery windows?
You choose your day and a window: morning (9am to 12pm), afternoon (12pm to 4pm) or evening (4pm to 8pm).
How do I store and reheat my meals?
Refrigerate your meals as soon as they arrive. To reheat, microwave until steaming hot all the way through (165°F / 74°C).
I have a food allergy. Can you help?
Please email us before you order so we can confirm that a dish is suitable for you, and add the allergy to the order notes at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as you can with your order number. Because meals are prepared fresh to order, we will do our best to help before preparation starts.
How do I pay?
At checkout with a credit or debit card. Payments are processed securely by Square, and your card details never touch our own servers.
Do you cater events?
Yes. We offer Mediterranean, Mexican and Italian catering menus in full trays. Use the Request a quote button in the catering section and tell us your date and guest count.
